"On June 22nd, 2002 the Board of Directors of the International Snowboard Federation (ISF) voted, with one abstention, to follow the advice of its Executive Committee and declare insolvency of the ISF immediately. The lack of a credible solution to the financial difficulties and the missing support of past partners forced this drastic action. Therefore, all ISF operations will cease immediately."
